Onboarding - How to optimise  your membership experience

1.) Set Up Your Profile

Click on the icon on the top right of the screen and click ‘My Profile’, then click the cog wheel button that says ‘Settings’.

In this section you can upload a profile picture, edit your name, add your social media links and tell us a little bit about you. This information will show in the ‘Members Directory’.

Adding a profile picture is great so that we can recognise you when we meet online at the live Q&A sessions and at in person events e.g. Park Run.

2.) Introduce Yourself

We want to get to know you and how we can support you. Head over to the 'Introduce Yourself' circle and tell us a little bit about you and your running journey. It would be great if you could include a photo too.

Examples of things to include:

  • Age and where you live
  • How long you've been running for
  • If you're training for a specific event
  • What your favourite distance is

3.) Join Our Strava Group

 

Apparently if it's not on Strava it didn't happen.

Click here to join the Physio Run Club's Strava community to track your runs and support fellow club runners as well as received encouragement and support from other Physio Run Club members.

4.) Masterclasses

Go to the 'Meet Up' section and add the dates for the Masterclasses and live Q&A sessions to your diary. You can also RSVP to let us know you are attending.
